Maxi Slide Sheet

This device comes in 3 sizes to accommodate all patients. It is made of an anti-friction material that is lightweight and easily folded or bunched to aid in placement. The sheet is placed with complete coverage under the patient. A second sheet is placed halfway under the other sheet as a runway to whatever surface you are moving the patient onto. Two providers are placed on either side of the patient and with an effort of 80% push and 20% pull, the patient slides over with minimal effort. This device decreases the weight of the patient by 70%.

This device comes in both reusable and single use.

The Maxi Slide Sheet is best used for patients under 350 lbs on a bed, couch or other flat surface, to laterally transfer onto an EMS stretcher.

Maxi Tube Sheet

This device is made of the same material and the Maxi-Slide, but this is a tubular sheet that is 30 inches wide. The providers will utilize the sheet to partially roll the patient onto their side to allow placement of the maxi tube under one shoulder blade, one gluteal prominence, and both feet. Two providers are placed on either side of the patient and with an effort of 80% push and 20% pull, the patient slides over with minimal effort, utilizing a continuous sliding of the opposing sides of the sheet. This device decreases the weight of the patient by 70%.

The Maxi Tube Sheet is best used for patients under 250 lbs on a bed, couch, stairchair or other flat surface, to laterally transfer onto an EMS stretcher and then from stretcher to hospital bed.

Maxi Once Sheet

This device is similar in function to the Maxi-Slide, but this is a tubular sheet that is 30 inches wide. The providers will utilize the sheet to partially roll the patient onto their side to allow placement of the maxi tube under one shoulder blade, one gluteal prominence, and both feet. Two providers are placed on either side of the patient and with an effort of 80% push and 20% pull, the patient slides over with minimal effort, utilizing a continuous sliding of the opposing sides of the sheet. The Maxi Once Sheet is disposable.

The Maxi Once Sheet is best used for patients under 250 lbs on a bed, couch, stairchair or other flat surface, to laterally transfer onto an EMS stretcher and then from stretcher to hospital bed.

Maxi Air Mattress

This device comes in 3 sizes to accommodate all patients. The Maxi-air has a dual surface. The patient side is an approved surface for direct skin contact, with decrease risk of skin shearing with movement, it decreases skin ulcers. The bottom is a porous surface with small holes that allow air to pass through. A high-powered pump is affixed to the mattress and after inflation, the patient’s weight is completely supported. The mattress comes with handles designed to help guide the patient from one surface to another. Two providers are placed on either side of the patient and with an effort of 80% push and 20% pull, the patient slides over with minimal effort, on a small cushion of air. This device decreases the weight of the patient by 80%. This device can remain under the patient, fully deflated for 72 hours, is radiolucent and to be used repeatedly to transfer patients when fully inflated.
